Application must be filled out only by the student, to be eligible for consideration.
Only online application through this website is accepted. Do not submit paper application by post or in-person.

If we have any questions on your application, we will contact you only by email. You must check your email regularly during the application and selection process. If you do not check your email and answer our questions in time, we will not be able to consider your application.
Documents Required
All documents listed below must be uploaded online. DO NOT SEND ANY DOCUMENT BY EMAIL. IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Keep all the documents ready as PDF or image (photo) files before starting the application.
Document upload instructions are provided in the application form.
IF THE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT CLEAR AND EASILY READABLE, YOUR APPLICATION MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Most recent passport size photo of yourself
Aadhar card (Name in the application must match Aadhar card and marksheet)
Recommendation letter from a Nagarathar Sangam or a Nagarathar Kovil Trustee/Manager
Salary certificate or Income statement/letter
Upload salary certificate or Income statement/letter as proof of household income
If both father and mother have income, upload documents for both of them
Marksheets
Submit a clear, legible copy of official marksheet provided by your school or college
Marksheet must show name of college/school, student name, course & semester, date, etc.
Upload most recent marksheet available. If you have completed higher secondary school and starting college upload your 12th marksheet.
Bonafide certificate/Tuition fee paid receipt
Upload Bonafide certificate provided by your college or the receipt for fees paid showing student name
If you are awaiting college admission you can upload proof of seat allotment. If you don't have any admission proof yet, you can explain in the application. Provide as much information as you can.
